1.  Connecting PS4/PS5 with PC  

Wire: PS4/PS5 needs to be wired and connected to a PC computer under the same router, and the PC computer has AK Game VPN installed.

Wireless: PS4/PS5 and PC host in the same LAN Wi-Fi (network cable is preferred to connect PC with router),and the PC computer has AK Game VPN installed.

Notice:
① Do not use the Optical Network Unit(ONU), Set-Top Box(STB) as a router, which may cause network connection failure.

② If both ends of the wired connection to the router can’t be ensured due to the room structure , you can try to use a Power Line Communication(PLC) to solve the problem to ensure optimal stability.

③ If it happens that PSN can’t be connected, it is recommended to restart the router and AK Game VPN, and reset the network environment.

2. PC settings

(1) Download and install the latest version of the AK game VPN.

(2) Search or select the specified PS game to connect.

(3) After connected, the following prompts will be given, follow these prompts to set PS4.

3. PS4 settings

(1) [Settings]➡[Network]➡[Connect to the Internet]

(2) Set Up Internet Connection➡[Use a LAN Cable](or [Use WI-FI]) ➡[Custom]➡[Set Up Manually]➡Obtain IP, NAT Type, Mask, Gateway and DNS

(3) To test an Internet connection and display the results, select  [Settings] > [Network] > [Test Internet Connection]. If you get something similar to the following, everything is fine and you can play the game now.
