Solution 1: Modify local DNS
(1) Click network icon in the taskbar, select [Network Settings]

(2) Select [Change adapter settings]

(3) Select Lan or WI-FI depending on the type of network currently connected, right-click and select [Property], double-click [TCP/iPv4]

(4) Modify the preferred and alternate DNS as follows:
Preferred: 114.114.114.114【Preferred DNS server】
Alternate: 8.8.8.8【Alternate DNs server】

Solution 2: Check whether the local network management tools or proxy tools, such as Xunyou Booster or other Game VPN, uninstall them and reset network.
(Explanation: Some game VPN or network proxy software will intercept network traffic with high priority even if it is not activated after using some of its functions. However, in some circumstances, they are not activated or not successfully proxied, which will lead to abnormalities in the network of other similar software.)
(1) Click the Windows start menu, type cmd, find the “Command Prompt”, right-click and select “open as administrator” (normal startup if you do not have the access)
(2) In the command prompt pop-up window, type [netsh winsock reset], and then press the Enter key to execute
Explanation: Some regional network administrators or regional operators have imposed blocking restrictions on some or all domain names of the VPN, resulting in the inability to report or perform speed tests.
Solution: Contact the regional network administrator or regional operator to lift the relevant restrictions.
Note: In general, the Game VPN official will release the relevant maintenance announcement, if you still have problems, you can contact online customer service to verify.
